Airport is operating normally
Passengers who have been booked on any flybe flight that has been cancelled due to adverse weather and therefore unable to travel can:
Rebook for travel within the next 7 days free of charge, subject to availability
- or -
Rebook for travel at any time on the same route for no additional charge
Passengers booked to travel on any flights which Flybe has been forced to cancel due to adverse weather conditions today are also offered one of the following three options :
a) Refund for the affected flight
b) Travel to the final destination at the earliest opportunity.
c) Travel to the final destination at a later date (subject to availability)
The above also applies to any cancelled Flybe flights operated by flybe's franchise partner, Loganair.

However please be advised that the flybe Call Centre is experiencing very high call volumes from passengers with disrupted travel plans due to the adverse weather, and wait times can be in excess of 45 minutes. Flybe are asking if passengers travelling from further than 24 hours from the time of this update refrain from phoning their Call Centre as it is impossible at this stage to know what impact the weather will have on such services. Please be assured that Flybe will endeavour to operate as many services as possible
